The club has 2 squash courts situated beyond the Tennis Courts with a balcony over both for the use of spectators and referees. The courts are open to members seven days per week between 8.00am and 10.00pm throughout the year. There are Club nights for both Squash and Racketball, Internal Leagues and several teams playing in the County Leagues.
All the Club’s junior members are eligible to play squash and racketball and in addition we have around 150 senior members.
Competitive Squash & Racketball
During the winter the Squash section runs two men’s teams which are currently in Divisions 3 and 6 of the Warwickshire League, whilst there is one ladies team in Division 2. We have our Racketball team in Division 1 of the Warwickshire League. All squash teams consist of 5 players, whilst Racketball has 4 players. There is a strong participation also in the summer county leagues. If you want to follow results then go to: www.warwickshiresquash.org/index.php/leagues
Internal Leagues run throughout the year for both Squash and Racketball. These tend to comprise between 5 & 6 players and are played over a five or six week period. Mike Beattie is running these so speak to him if you wish to enter the next league.
Summer Squash Birmingham Division 4
Mike Beattie runs this team and his intention is to keep as many squash members playing throughout the summer and therefore he submits a squad list of 20 or more players; this ensures we were not left in the position where we are unable to get a team together for any of the fixtures. Obviously, there are only around 10 fixtures throughout the summer and therefore with a squad of 20+ he cannot promise that you be selected to play in every match – he will though look to rotate things in a way that every squad member gets the chance to represent K&D at least once over the season.

Throughout the year several tournaments are organized for club members covering both Squash and Racketball. These comprise both handicap and open tournaments, and some competitions especially for the ordinary club members. They culminate in Finals Nights during November and March.
Every other Friday we have Racketball Club Night which includes friendly games and doubles. The Club Nights are good fun and an excellent way to meet other club members.
Racketball club night from 6:40pm-9.00pm on alternate Fridays, see club calendar.
The Squash Club operates a policy to ensure that all members wear appropriate kit (which may be coloured) for the games of Squash and Racketball. Footwear, which must be designed for the two games, must be carried to the court building to avoid bringing dirt and other materials onto the courts which may cause damage.
The club has its own Child Protection Officer and operates the strictest of codes to ensure that any children playing or visiting the Club do so in the utmost safety.
The Club works closely with Arden School, which has use of our courts in the week during periods of low usage.
Coaching is provided for junior and senior Squash and Racketball.
